Official records require an identity match

We link a Labour Department result to an agency by verified licence number or a matching legal name, address, and phone. Name-only similarities go to manual review. Published enforcement sections cover limited time windows, so a checked no-match statement names the sections and date rather than claiming a lifetime record.

The separate government-records directory shows every named agency on the current licence-action and warning lists. It does not call warned agencies unlicensed.

Prices stay in their original wording

Agency packages have different inclusions. We preserve `Quote`, `—`, ranges, plus signs, asterisks, and qualifiers instead of converting them into an all-in price. Every pricing section shows its checked date and source links.

Freshness and corrections

Checked dates help you judge freshness. Each source is marked current, older, unavailable, or not configured. To report an error, use the agency updates page and provide the agency, field, proposed correction, and a supporting public source.
