- Access method
- Manual review of public agency pages and the original pricing audit.
- Limitations
- Public figures may be incomplete, old, or based on package terms that differ between agencies.

- Purpose
- Licence identity, status, warnings, convictions, revocations, and refusals.
- Access method
- Manual review of the English and Chinese lists, matched by action date and address.
- Limitations
- Convictions are published for 24 months; revocations, refusals, and written warnings for 12 months. These are not lifetime records.

- Purpose
- Named agency mentions and general complaint guidance.
- Access method
- Manual review of public reports and press releases.
- Limitations
- Anonymous Agency A/B/C cases cannot be assigned to a listed company.

- Purpose
- A dated branch-level rating and review-count snapshot.
- Access method
- Future use of official listings or API fields after policy review.
- Limitations
- Ratings change, listings are branch-specific, and Google controls attribution and storage terms.
